Tips that make it go smoothly
- State the class size and any allergy rules (for example nut-free) in the description, so nobody has to ask.
- One family per week keeps it simple; families can take a second week if they like.
- Include school holidays by simply deleting those weeks from the list.
- Share the link in the class chat at the start of term, then once more at half term.
- Print a copy for the classroom wall so children know whose week it is.

Questions
Can I skip school holidays?
Yes. Delete any week from the list before or after you publish the sheet.
Will other parents see names?
By default yes, so families can swap weeks. You can switch names off so only you see them.
