Tips that make it go smoothly
- Do not put the family's home address on the sheet. Share it privately with the people who sign up.
- List allergies, dislikes and the number of people (including children) in the description.
- Ask for food in containers that do not need to be returned.
- A short drop-off window respects the family's rest; no need for helpers to stay.
- Leave a few days empty on purpose; families often appreciate a quiet evening or a grocery gift card instead.

Questions
How do I share the address safely?
Keep it off the sheet. When someone signs up, send them the address by message. The sheet is for dates and dishes only.
Can I hide who is bringing what?
Yes. Switch off "Show names to everyone" and only you will see names and notes.
