Tips that make it go smoothly
- Keep names private (the default for this template) so families only see which times are free.
- Ten minutes is usually enough; add a 5-minute break every hour to catch up if you run late.
- Ask for the child's name in the note, because parents and children often have different surnames.
- Offer a video option in the description for parents who cannot come in person.
- Lock the sheet the evening before and print it as your schedule for the day.

Questions
Can parents see who booked other slots?
Not with this template. Names are hidden from everyone except the organizer.
Can a parent book only one slot?
Yes. This template allows one booking per name.
