Tips that make it go smoothly
- Put pickup points and the route in the description so new drivers know where to go.
- Ask drivers to note how many seats they have, including booster seats if needed.
- Keep a backup driver or two in the description for sick days.
- Share the sheet on Sunday evening so the week is covered before Monday.

Questions
What if a driver needs to swap?
They open the sheet on the device they used and change or cancel their drive, then someone else can take it.

Yes. Add as many days as you need, up to 300 slots per sheet.
